This website uses no cookies, no analytics scripts, and no tracking technologies. The only personal data we process is information you send us directly by email.

Contact enquiries

When you email us at contact@keizokuinfra.com, we receive your email address, your name (if you include it), and the contents of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where an engagement follows, to perform our contractual obligations.

Website visitors

This is a static website with no contact forms, no user accounts, and no third-party scripts. We do not collect IP addresses, set cookies, or use any analytics or advertising tools. Your visit to this site generates no personal data on our end.

3. How long we keep your data

Email correspondence related to a client engagement is retained for 7 years following the end of the engagement, in accordance with Dutch tax record-keeping requirements (Belastingdienst bewaarplicht). Enquiries that do not result in an engagement are deleted within 12 months.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be disclosed to third parties only where required by law (e.g. at the request of a competent authority).

We use standard email infrastructure (hosted within the EU) to receive and send correspondence. No other processors handle your data.
